DDS AG has a highly complex decentralised structure with over 650 locations throughout Germany. The processes of daily transactions for archiving over 1 million documents at over 350 archiving locations in accordance with legal requirements were correspondingly complex.

With the introduction of automated and smart transactions via a uniform platform, not only 1.087 systems were replaced by one. With the unification, it is now also possible to predict the compliance of the data, as well as comprehensive vulnerability analyses.
